CASL Annual General Meeting As instructed by the CASL Bylaws: ARTICLE III. Members. Section 2. Annual Meeting. The annual meeting of the Members of the Corporation will be held at the principle office of the Corporation in June of each year beginning in the year 2002, at such place and date as designated by the Board of Directors for the purpose of electing Directors and for the transaction of other business properly brought before the meeting. The 2009 Annual General Meeting will take place on Tuesday, June 9, 2009 at the Manly Miles Building on MSU's Campus at 8:00pm.
