SPRING 2010 REGISTRATION IS NOW LIVE!
PLAYERS THAT ARE RETURNING FROM THE FALL 2009 SEASON WILL ONLY NEED TO LOG INTO THE ONLINE SYSTEM TO MAKE PAYMENT.
All teams must complete and turn in the TEAM REGISTRATION FORM. This form is due February 15th to the CASL Office. You can turn it in via mail (1427 W. Saginaw, Suite 175, East Lansing, MI 48823), fax (517-580-4921) or email (smdane@gmail.com). This form must be completed by both new and returning teams. Please make sure to indicate scheduling requests.
The fee for every CASL fee is $35 for every player. This fee is paid different ways by different clubs. Some clubs choose to pay for every player from their club account. If your community chooses to pay the fees this way, you will need to instruct all of your players to NOT pay via the website with our online registration system.
Returning players (those registered in the Fall 2009 season) will only need to enter the online system if they are responsible for paying their CASL fee themselves. If a club is going to pay the $35 fee, then returning players do not need to do anything for the spring season.
New players will need to register with the online system. They will be asked to create a username and password during this process. If the player has never played CASL before, they will need to submit proof of birth (birth certificate, drivers license, passport, adoption certificate or certificate of naturalization).

Payment and registrations are due by February 15. Please try to have all players registered via the online system and payments complete by February 15.
Adults who do not have children participating in CASL, but will be serving as a head coach or team official need to register using this link: ADULT REGISTRATION All team officials must also complete the Coaches Code of Conduct form and must have current Risk Management clearance. Each CASL team must complete the Team Registration Application for each season. Only one copy is required per team.
