Coaches are an integral part of CASL and are the backbone to the success of the players, teams, and club. All CASL teams are required to have an adult (18 or older) Head Coach and may have up to two Assistant Coaches.

Coaches are appointed by the member clubs and serve at their pleasure.

It's important that all coaches within CASL have a Valid Background Check (Risk Management), CDC Heads Up Concussion Training, and is marked Safesport Certified prior to stepping on the field for any practice or game. Below are instructions in order to comply with CASL, MSYSA, and US Soccer coaching guidelines.

CASL is a youth league and coaches should remember that they will have a lasting impact on the players they coach at any age level.
